I know the feeling. Sometimes after a satisfying Aikido class, I found myself wanting to leap over people’s heads. Never did though. Also, I only like crossing at a red light when people are watching.

Why would you ever think you are done, finished? You are always growing, challenging yourself and examining life. Glad you werent caught. Those endorphins can make us do foolish things. Good to be foolish every once in a while.
