I hope Freddy, didn't arrive from Elm Street! Small guffaw-smile after reading your scene :-)

Pride and Prejudice (2005) sprang to mind the last scenes of the morning fog with the crescendo of music. Dawning realisations.

Thanks, Victoria. I’ve read the book but never saw the film. It’s on my list now.

I first read ‚embrace your inner frog‘. 🤣 But it was about fog. Disappointed? A little. I really wished you tell me how to embrace my inner frog. But the first photo (which is absolutely stunning) made up for it!

Thank you, Susanne! I’m still working on how to properly embrace my inner fog. It’s a life-long process. I just made my first step with that post. Stay tuned 🥹

Excellent piece, and quite a coincidence since I just made several fog images myself!

I really like your work.

In Radio Days Diane Wiest gets lost in the fog, in a hilariously heartbreaking way

I was at a popular bird spot on Sunday, it was totally buried in a thick marine layer. The birders and bird photographers with $1000's in gear all grumbled that they could not get clear sitings. Fog no good for literal bird watchers. I was happy with the painterly environment it provided, but i can barely differentiate between a sparrow and a wren, so my opinion didn't count in that crowd.

Left you some fog in Notes. Not sure how one is supposed to do it, but I did it.

I just love me some fog. A foggy day in London. Or anywhere, where silhouettes tease and taunt shapes like a nomad. Film noir without mist is impossible to imagine. Then there's the fashion of fog, of trench coats, hats, and a useless umbrella. Fog is my elusive friend bordering on the suspense of darkness. All hail the blanket of fog!
