I was recently turned on to Eno through an interview. Maybe it was Klein? I then bought his What is Art book. Let's just say, underwhelmed. $25 of underwhelmness. But I'm happy to have been turned on to his story and music.
Like his music, his books and paintings have to grow on you, brother. Give it time. Water it every week. And it'll surprise you when you least expect it. Btw, being "underwhelmed" is a huge compliment in the Eno world :)
